The purpose of the Chefs Move to Schools: Junior Chef Competition is to encourage students to eat nutritiously. This competition is designed to provide students with the opportunity to collaborate with chefs, school nutrition professionals, and other adult mentors to develop an appealing meal that complies with National School Lunch Program (NSLP) requirements.
