5 Food Group Wraps
  1. Use a spoon to scoop avocado out of peel. Dice into bite size pieces.
  2. Dice tomatoes.
  3. Tear herbs into bite size pieces.
  4. Place cream cheese in a small bowl and mix in herbs.
  5. Place one tortilla on your plate.
  6. Spread with 1-2 spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture, cover entire tortilla leaving about a 1” border.
  7. Top with a sprinkling of shredded cheese, 2 slices of turkey, and the vegetables of your choice.
  8. Tightly roll the tortilla in one direction into a log shape.
