Asian Noodle Salad
  1. Drop the pasta in boiling water. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drain pasta and cool, drizzle with sesame oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Mix the noodles, green onion, snow peas, peppers, celery, carrot and cilantro in a large bowl.
  4. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan to medium-high.
  5. Add ginger and garlic and sauté for a couple minutes, being careful not to burn.
  6. Remove from the heat, and add in the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and sugar.
  7. Mix well, and pour over the noodles.
  8. Add chicken. Mix well.
  9. This is best served cold.
